DePuy Hip Implants Class Action
The Toronto law firm of Stevensons LLP has commenced a class action on behalf of persons in Canada who have had a DePuy hip device implanted and will now pursue certification. Depuy ASR hip replacement patients may be eligible for compensation due to the injuries they have suffered as a result of being implanted with the defective device.
