UPDATE: DECEMBER 2011

The Zyprexa Class Action was settled in 2010 and all claims were to be filed with the Claims Administrator by October 29, 2010. No more claims can be made under the Zyprexa settlement.

The settlement process has now been finalized and implemented. The Claims Administrator has sent out the final payment cheques and the process was completed in December 2011.

The Zyprexa Canadian class action has been settled.  The courts in Ontario, B.C. and Québec approved the settlement on June 15, 2010.  The deadline to file your claim form was October 28, 2010.  On November 15, 2010, the Ontario court approved a 45 day extension to the claim deadline for certain specified individuals, and certain individuals represented by the Ontario Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee.  We are no longer accepting clients regarding this class action.  If you have questions, please contact the Claims Administrator (Crawford Class Action Services) by telephone at 1-877-739-8933 or by email at Zyprexa@crawco.ca.
